Blake is a simple on-demand, last-mile bike delivery service with the ultimate goal of
ensuring that people can have their little packages moved to them at the shortest and safest
possible time. We are focused on exploring the amazing power of technology to solve logistics
problems and thereby providing employment for our hardworking Nigerian youths.
Blake is currently operating in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and is setting up operational structures to expand to other nearby and business-friendly cities in Nigeria.
We focus on B2B customers, and anyone can create an account either by downloading our app on the Google Store or the Apple Store. 2. How Do I send/Receive a package? First, you download the Blake user app on the Google store or the Apple Store, and then you quickly create an account.
Once your account is created, you simply tap on the “Send/Receive Package” button, input the details (address, phone number, item description) of where the package will be picked from and where it is to be delivered.
Once you have confirmed your order, the price is fixed and one of our Blakers will quickly come to pick it up at the specified location and deliver within an hour. 3. Who can use Blake? Our service is opened to everyone, including you. As long as you want to send or receive a package through a fast, safe and reliable means. 4. How long does a delivery take? We promise to deliver your package inside Port Harcourt metropolis within 90 minutes (1hour 30 minutes) from confirmation of the order. If we don’t deliver in 90 minutes, then don’t pay us for that package. It’s our commitment. 5. What type/size package does Blake handle? At the moment, Blake is involved in, last-mile bike delivery service alone; hence we only handle small size packages. 6. Are Blake riders trust-worthy? Before approving a rider to operate via our App, we do lots of background check-ups. Our standard verification procedures ensures that riders on our App are reliable, honest and of course trust-worthy? 7. Can I know more about Blake’s operating hours? Blake operates Monday to sunday from 8am to 5pm. 8. Are my Blake packages/shipments under any form of insurance? Yes! packages delivered by our Blakers benefit from Goods in Transit insurance provided by AXA MANSARD for a value of up to N500,000 or equivalent. 9.
